Small 3 bedroom house with large yard. Space heater and reverse cycle air conditioning. Washer/Dryer Combo. Dishwasher. Gas cooking and hot water. Quiet street near the Dandenong Ranges (Montrose 2 mins away). Local shops within walking distance. 2 x cats (indoor only) 7 & 8 yo need love, feeding and litterbox maintained. 1 x medium sized wolfhound x, male dog needs feeding and love. Outside only for toilet and play ball in backyard. Otherwise an indoor dog. No walking required due to old leg injury. Just need to keep house in general clean state i.e. vacuuming, sweeping, washing floors.
Pets & farm animals
Two loving female cats (mother & daughter) indoors only. White is 'Princess' or 'Mumma' and orange is 'Gingy'. Tyson is a desexed male Irish Wolfhound x. Very sweet, happy boy. Loves to play ball in backyard. Only goes outside for ball or toilet otherwise he is an indoor dog. Leave him inside when you go out. But don't leave it for more than 6 hours as he will need a toilet break. No dog walking as he has an old injury in his back leg and can cause him pain.
House Tasks
Collect mail, feed animals, maintain cat litterbox, vacuum, sweep, wash floors - basic house cleaning as needed. Lawns are taken care of by Jim's and do not need to be done in my absence.
