Ormeau is a suburb of the Beautiful Gold Coast City, 10 minutes to Coomera and Movie World, Wet n Wild and Dream World , 30 mins to Sea World .. Just 30 mins along the motorway to Brisbane and 30 mins to Coolangatta.....Perfect Location !!! ......Here you have Free accommodation for looking after my pets, plants and home...Accommodation on Gold Coast is very high at this time of year ...Definitely to be NON Smoker , Social Drinker OK, No Parties..... Requirements are as follows .. Feed and care for 2 lazy senior cats in good health no issues and 8 parrots both indoor and outdoor .. Also collect mail water plants and clean after yourself and be professional, caring and honest.... birds will need to be cooled down on days above 30% , a misting system has been installed with timer , will give full instructions to successful sitter/s....must NOT be scared of feeding parrots and MUST like cats......No children Sorry , I have one king size bed and only one room available for house sitter/s .. Couples welcome tho keep it professional .. My home is NOT child friendly....No other pets allowed here as it would distress my cats........Dates are fixed as I am booked and ready to go...This is not Hard Work just common sense and caring and being honest and reliable and be home as much as possible especially hot days to monitor the outside birds in the heat... Must have good references ......Bare in mind that Christmas day is included in caring for the pets
