Our home is a large contemporary Queenslander with a wrap-around deck, solar heated lap pool and garden. It is located approximately 7km from Brisbane CBD and is walking distance to Norman Park station, bus routes to the city and cycle tracks. It is also walking distance to cafes, restaurants, parks, a bushland reserve and is in a quiet, pleasant street. I have a 11 year old, beautiful labrador who sleeps outside but comes in during the day/evening. She loves a daily walk and some company but is largely low maintenance. We also have 2 pet chickens which need a small amount of daily care. The garden would require a little watering (depending on the weather) and some lawn care would be appreciated.
Pets & farm animals
We would prefer our labrador to have a daily walk of about 15 to 30 mins. Our 2 chooks ideally need letting out in the morning and shutting up before dark. They lay one or two eggs a day which need collecting. They have a feeder which needs topping up every few days and they need fresh water every day.
House Tasks
We would require you to collect our mail, keep an eye on the pool and do a very small amount of gardening.
