I have a one bedroom furnished house with a small backyard. A queen bed and empty chest drawer available. The house is situated at the back of a 3-house property.The place is conveniently a minute walk to the bus stop that goes to the CBD or 10 min walk to Campsie Station.
Pets & farm animals
Ghost is a 2 year old blue-heeler, he is house trained, lives outside but comes in once in a while to sleep inside with his doggy bed. At a minimum, I walk him 4 times a week. He is a very low maintenance pet other than just getting his mind stimulated and being challenged with outdoor activities .
House Tasks
Im only going to be away for 3 weeks. But if you're happy to do some gardening, no one will stop you. (= But will definitely need to be picking up the poo every 3-4 days to keep the backyard tidy. Other than your general routine, just collecting mail and the bringing out or in the wheely bins weekly if havent done by neighbours already, would be great.
