I live in a 2-bedroom semidetached house with a big backyard. I am an easy 5 min walk from the centre of town. Murwillumbah is a lovely place close to Mt Warning. Plenty of cafes, shops, and waterholes nearby to explore. 20 min to beach, 20 min to Tweed Heads, 25 min to Gold Coast airport, 40 min to Byron/Mullumbimby etc. 45 min to Nimbin. The house has unlimited fast internet. It has fans, but no aircon .

I have 4 rabbits that need caring for. Two outside and two inside. They're pretty low maintenance, but also pretty cute.

I am looking for someone who does not smoke, lives a clean lifestyle, and preferably no big steaks and roasts cooked in the kitchen (as I'm vego).
