Large 3 bedroom house on the edge of the bush with ocean views and inground pool. There will be space to park 1 car in the garage (one of our cars will also be parked in there). Located on Sydney Northern Beaches. Approx 7mins drive from the beach and 5mins to Narrabeen Lake. House also comes with a very friendly Labrador called Bear who needs to be walked at least once a day (twice if possible). Bear is used to having someone home with him during the daytime but is okay if you need to leave him to go to work. Local Westfield Mall is approx 5mins drive and there are several local shops within walking distance.
Pets & farm animals
3yr old Labrador called Bear who is very friendly, can get a bit over excited at times and jump so will need a firm hand. Walks well on a lead but occasionally will jump and bark at other dogs, luckily he can be easily distracted with food. Bear must stay on the lead at all times when being walked and the gates to the back yard need to be kept closed, whilst he rarely wanders off if the next door neighbour's cat is in the back driveway he will chase it and won't come back. He sleeps inside at night but he must stay downstairs in the general living area, he is not allowed on the top floor where the bedrooms are. Bear loves a cuddle and lots of attention. He likes to have company but is okay to stay at home during the day if you need to go to work.
House Tasks
Collect mail each day walk dog at least once a day, twice if able feed dog morning and night (food will be provided)
