Charming and very cosy 3 bedroom home. My Australian Ranch style house is set on a peaceful 1/2 acre with a lovely running creek. . A short 10-15 minute stroll takes you into the Katoomba shops and cafes with a hill or two! Or 2 minute drive by car. I am 1 1/2 hour drive by car to Sydney or 2 hour train journey Katoomba to Central Station. We will have a handover period, as I'd like to introduce you to my pets and house. Looking for a mature couple, that are happy to be at home part of the day.
Pets & farm animals
Medium size female dog 3 years old. Very energetic, Super friendly, needs a walk at the local park every day. Cat indoor/outdoor, she Loves people and cuddles., Dog loves balls, frisbee and her doggie mates at the park.
House Tasks
Water pot plants on veranda and small plants in back and front garden. Will need to discuss payment towards heating bill.
