There is something for everyone in this area. 10 min drive to some fantastic bushwalking and mountain biking in the Watagan Mountains National Park and 20 mins to beautiful beaches at Norah Head, Catherine Hill Bay......
The Hunter Valley vineyards are 40 mins drive.
I have 3 dogs and a cat, possibly some chickens by December and a 700sqm block to maintain for 4-5 weeks whilst overseas next Christmas/New Year. Possible use of small fishing/leisure boat included. Beautiful location. Walk to train station to Newcastle/Sydney.
The dogs are a 12 year old English Springer Spaniel, Patsy - she is getting old and is very deaf and blind and a compulsive eater!! Rosy is a Sausage dog/Jack Russell who will be 6 this year - she is very spoilt and will most likely end up in bed with you or on your lap. Spock -will be 2 in October this year. She is a Kelpie/Border Collie and so much fun. She is always on the go, loves water, balls and going for walks.
Other things i would like done are basic yard maintenance - mowing the grass, watering plants. Collecting mail and putting bins out.
I live in a quiet, friendly street with lovely neighbours. Local shops are a 5 mins walk and there are supermarkets in Morisset which is 5 mins drive. Larger shopping centres are 30 mins in either direction in Newcastle or Central Coast.
