Hobby farm located 15 mins north of Coffs Harbour. 3 bedroom cottage with good facilities. Full wrap around deck and beautiful, relaxing environment in a bush setting with easy care grounds. Internet, solar hot water, wood fired heater and air conditioning available.
House sitting duties will include maintaining inground pool, feeding and caring for 6 chooks, inside cat and fish associated with aquaponics set up. Also watering of Vegie patch and gardens. We need someone who will be home every morning and evening and is familiar with rural properties and can trouble shoot problems that might occur. Full access to facilities and carer can help themselves to eggs and ripe veges/fruit.
