Hello housesitters,
We are looking for preferably a retired couple to housesit for us from Thursday 5 July until Wednesday 8 August 2018 while we’re overseas. We have a peaceful 13-acre lifestyle property on the Far South Coast of NSW, about a 12 minute drive south of Bega and around 20-25 minutes from Tathra and Merimbula on the Sapphire Coast.
We have our cat Suki to care for, and we would also ask you to do some watering where required. Apart from that, you’d be free to explore the area and enjoy relaxing on our deck, taking in the view down to our picturesque dam. Please be aware that our Winter average maximum temperatures here are around 16-17 degrees C, and we do get some frosty mornings. We have a reverse-cycle air-conditioner for heating during the daytime.
Our thoughts are that we would invite you to stay with us overnight on Thursday 5 July for handover before we leave on the afternoon of the 6th. We return late on 7 August and would invite you to stay that night before you leave on the 8th. We warmly invite interested couples to make contact with us.
