We have a three bedroom townhouse with air conditioning only 10 minute drive to the water. We are close to shops and public transport. Even though we have a townhouse we have a large backyard and require someone who loves dogs and cats oh and doesn't mind chickens. We have three dogs two outside and one inside. We have a cat and 4 chickens. Our small dog lives in the house and needs to be let out during the day so prefer someone who is home at least a few hours during the day. It is a bit of work looking after all the pets and the two outside dogs need to be walked. Our home has a large kitchen so if you love to cook its designed for that. Our complex is quiet and our neighbours are lovely and friendly.

1 border collie and 1 cattle/kelpie that live outside that need to be walked. 1 Australian terrier lives inside needs to be let out during the day. 1 cat that likes to come in and out in the evening. 4 chickens that are very friendly and provide fresh eggs
