We are looking for an experienced pet/house sitter or couple from Perth area, who can stay mostly at home. We are looking for mature, responsible people who can take care of the house, little garden, cars and our lovely cat BUNI 8 years old. He is registered at VET Rockingham. Buni is very friendly, cute, needs close contact and cuddles, He loves to stay around, sleeps at home at night. You have to just feed him properly, stay close, pet him and let him go out and in anytime he wants. He does his toilet only outside the house. Rainy or chilly days he loves to stay all day at home and sleep at the couch. He goes around neighborhood as well but always comes back home. The house is spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom. Patio & little garden easy to maintain - front lawn mowing 2 times a month, 3 times a week watering a garden if needed (automatic sprinkle system). During chilly winter days you may need to warm up your bedroom or living area with electric heater. The house has a fire place but not working properly so do not consider. We are going to set up gas heater in a living area. IMPORTANT - we expect the House sitter will have to cover electricity bills and gas of her/his period of stay. Other bills are covered.
The house has security alarm but the area is very safe and neighbors are friendly. It is easy to do daily shopping -you have Malibu Shopping Center 5 min walk, Rockingham Shopping Center 5 min drive. Attractions: ocean beach 5 min drive, city Center with coffee shops and restaurants 5 min drive , train station 10 min drive, bus stop 2 minutes walk.
