Our house is a beautiful, one level, recycled brick , open planned house with pool on three quarters of an acre in mostly natural, bushland surrounds. We are at the start of Eltham North (5 mins from cafes, shopping, river and parkland of both Eltham, Montmorency and Lower Plenty. We have a Labrador, a cat and two goldfish. Only the dog needs walking but they all need a little love. The garden is mostly trouble free unless there is a heat wave in which case the few plants that are in pots will need watering.
