Hello,
We have a 4X2 home with double garage. Wood fire for heating.
Five minute walk to both shops and the pristine Warnbro Beach.
200 metres to catch bus to Warnbro Rail Station.
Short walk to IGA, Chemist, Newsagent, Café, Bakery and more.
We have one cat, A senior female (20yo) in & outside during the day, MUST be inside at night. So there are kitty litter trays to clean as and when required.
Fish in two ponds require daily feeding.
Hanging baskets & pots require watering when required.
Preferred retired couple.
