Hello!

We are going overseas for 4 weeks. We have 2 large dogs and 2 horses - just the usual size :) Our house is a stone georgian cottage circa 1810. (most likely convict built). We live on the heritage hwy and are surrounded by other colonial built houses. If you are interested in Australian history this is the place. We are only 20mins from Richmond and all of the great southern vineyards (for those who love a glass or two). We are 15mins from Mona (for anyone who loves art) and 30mins from Hobart. Our place is a great base to explore Tasmania. Our dogs are a bit needy, we have a large property (8 acres) so they don't need to be walked but rather have someone about to play with and cuddle. The horses are very easy to look after. We have plenty of space if you are travelling with a caravan, but you are most welcome to make yourself at home in the house. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, wood and electric heating. We have just commenced the long process of restoring the house.
