Husband and wife off to US and Mexico for a well deserved holiday, need someone to look after our home and menagerie while we're away. Well appointed home in the western suburbs of Melbourne, close to public transport and down the road from a supermarket. Full use of theatre room, streamed media and NBN wifi internet with two home offices to work from. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat that are our children - we need someone who we can trust to ensure they are cared for in a stress free environment. One dog needs daily medication (shove it in some deli meat and he's none the wiser). We would prefer someone who is home often and a non-smoker. Our vet has our details on file and has full permission to charge our credit card should any of our pets require vet attention.We travel often (next trip already panned for March or May 2019 and another in August 2019) and so if you are a good fit, we'd like someone to be a regular housesitter for us, like an aunty or uncle! :)
Pets & farm animals
3 Dogs Probie - Jack Russell who needs medication once daily (wrap it in deli meat and he's your friend for life). Ziva - Mini foxie who gets a bit of separation anxiety. LOVES big people, not little people unfortunately. Pippa - Toy mini foxie that likes to stare and judge you from the comfort of the couch. Side eye aplenty. 1 cat Loki - 15 year old ragdoll boy who loves his food and likes to chill while you watch TV. Doesn't wander, stays at home.
House Tasks
Just the basics. Bring in the mail, put the bins out (and bring em in) and water the herb garden now and again. Our gardens will be tended to while we are gone (although if you enjoy a spot of gardening, please feel free) and we have a cleaner who comes in fortnightly.
