We have a small unit in a complex of just 7 units, mostly owner occupied or with absent owners - quiet area. We have a courtyard- exclusive use as well as fronting onto a small garden area (not exclusive use). Our location is very scenic and beach front. I am using my ipad for the advert and have no photos available of the property. We are currently refurbishing curtains and floor coverings but expect this to be completed within the next week or so.
Pets & farm animals
13 year old female desexed Tonkinese cat. She has pet door access to a private courtyard however prefers to toilet in a garden on common area making her a little vulnerable to the mean Tomcat next door who has attacked her, so the pet sitter would be urged to accompany her (with a refreshment in hand advisedly) as she takes in the air and chooses her patch of the day for fertilizing!! She will use a litter tray indoors no problem, she just prefers the garden bed.
House Tasks
Nothing exceptional required, if letterbox is overflowing then emptying it would be appreciated, if pot plants or garden is dry then a bit of hose watering would be good. Be cheerful to our neighbors, introduce yourself as a courtesy.
