House is 500m to the beach and is a low maintenance two bedroom duplex with a yard. The supermarket and coffee shops all within a few minutes walk with major shopping centres a 5-minute drive. Off-lead dog parks and dog beaches all within a 10 minute drive.
Pets & farm animals
I am looking for someone who is prepared to spend quality time with the dog (Frank, an English Springer Spaniel) who requires 2 x 1 hour walks per day as well as playtime. Would prefer someone/couple who is/are retired or alternatively someone who will work from home for part of the day and has the time to take him for off-lead walks and to the beach. Frank also loves lots of cuddles and is a smoocher! The person(s) must be happy to ensure they are strict with his obedience and follow house rules with him. He is high engery but a lot of fun so someone who is familair with high energy dogs will be right at home with him.
House Tasks
Minimal house requirements, just need watering of a few plants and collection of the mail.
