Three bedroom fully air conditioned, workers cottage, with a covered rear deck., in West Mackay (5 minutes from the city centre). Large kitchen and ensuite. We own a 7 year old diabetic cat, who requires an insulin injection twice a day (using a diabetic pen). The gardens generally look after themselves, but the yard would require mowing once a week (approx 1hr). Any house work is minimal.
