House located in quiet rural town in the Central Highlands. Good heating, ( it will be winter) , off street parking. Wifi. Walking distance to general store for basics but own vehicle needed to access supermarket and other shops in another town. Secure yards. 2 dogs ( Keeshonds) to look after. Prefer retired single or couple so that dogs not left alone all the time. Large garden but you will not be required to maintain. References and police check required.
