Although not mandatory, we would prefer a single mature aged lady. We have a comfortable and secure home very close to a lovely shopping centre and public transport (bus and train), west of Brighton Road and 500 metres to the beach, half way between Brighton and Seacliff. Although we have a fairly large garden, due to the time of the year we expect minimal watering will be required. Our main requirement is the care of our small six month old puppy. The puppy has been desexed and is fully toilet trained. He is very well behaved, but (our fault, not his) he does like to sleep on our bed.
