3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house on 5 acres.
Pool and open fire place.
We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, birds and chooks.
Located In the Hunter Valley.
Convenient to town center, wineries, cafes, restaurants and local attractions.

Pets & farm animals

Dogs - feed twice a day. Like going for walks Cats - Feed once but biscuits left out Chickens - Fed and Watered. Let out of coop in the morning. locked up at night. Eggs collected Horses on property but can have them managed by others if required.

House Tasks

Caring for animals is our main concern however there is a mower there if you would like to go for a ride. Repairing electric fencing if it is pulled down by horses. This is optional.
