We live in a 3 bedroom weatherboard Californian Bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood in Essendon. Public transport such as trams, trains (Craigieburn Line) and buses are within walking distance. Shops, cafes, medical centres and parks are also close by.
We have a 14 year old cat named Misty who runs the house and some fish in an outside pond who are less demanding.
Watering the garden at times and collecting mail would be required.
