Ten minutes from Hobart city centre, close to a bus stop, a lovely park, and a great local shop. One of my favourite things about where I live is that it’s so close to the city with all the great things Hobart has to offer, but within a few minutes you can also be walking in the bush without a house in sight. My unit has two bedrooms - the main bedroom has the bathroom right off it, and the other is set up as a home office (so there’s a nice space if you need to work from home or do computer work). There is a new heat pump which keeps it warm nicely - plus the living areas are north facing so the sun comes streaming in in winter. I have a sweet 4 year old greyhound called Rosie who will need feeding, walks and love. She’s an affectionate and quiet dog who adores people. Although she needs a walk everyday and a sprint at the park a few times a week, she is otherwise more like a big cat - sleeps 18 hours a day and loves pats! She does get a bit lonely if left alone for long periods of time, as most dogs do. But she’s used to being left during the day when I go to work.If you genuinely love dogs (and preferably have some experience looking after them) and are looking for a convenient and comfortable spot in Hobart for the month of June, please get in touch.
House Tasks
Other than looking after Rosie, only need mail collected and pot plants watered. The garden won't need any maintenance over winter.
