We have a lovely light filled family friendly home in Lake Albert, Wagga Wagga.

Walking distance is a small shopping centre with supermarket, chemist, cafe, newsagent, doctors surgery and most other shops you require.

Our home has 3 bedrooms and a study, 2 with queen beds and 1 with a single bed. Separate bathroom and toilet. Dining room and large livening room. We will more than likely use the study as a storage area to put away many of our things to make room for our guests. Outside is a good size private backyard with a big undercover deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Wagga's beautiful spring weather.

We have two very friendly dogs a Beagle (Jack) and a Labrador (Max) that are safely secured in our backyard and will require feeding each afternoon and love to be walked at least once or twice a week. Our gardens are very minimal with native drought tolerant plants. They only require a quick water once a week. The lawns will also need the sprinkler on once a week.
