Beautiful farm house, 8 minutes from beaches at palm beach, 12 minutes to Burleigh heads beaches, and walking distance to shops and adjacent to beautiful park for bike riding. We have two horses that need to be fed twice daily and rugged twice daily. Daily picking up of horse poop (takes about ten minutes per day for both horses)

Pets & farm animals

Only required to look after two horses. There are dogs and one cat and chickens but they will be cared for by my flat mate (lives at one end of house) you will occasionally share the kitchen with him but he keeps a low profile.
