Hi there, we are looking for someone (1 person or a couple, no pets) trustworthy, clean and responsible to look after:
1) Our home (kept in the same condition it is received, collect mails, take out garbage bins weekly)
2) 2 small dogs aged 3 and 4 years (need a daily good walk, fed twice daily, used to having people around from early evening)
3) Some indoor plants to nurture :)

Our property is a modern duplex house, with a small front lawn and backyard. Some highlights of the property are:
- Guest room with 1 queen size bed and wall mounted TV with Chrome cast (the master bedroom and study will be inaccessible)
- Off-street parking
- Netflix access
- Wifi access
- Central gas heating and evaporative cooling
- 400 walk to shops: IGA, Butcher, Fruit and vegetable shops, Bakery, Pharmacy
- 400m walk to swimming centre, golfing range
- 5km to beach
- 50m walk to nearest bus stop to train station
- 3km to the nearest train station
- 15km to Melbourne CBD

Will require the following:
1) Would prefer to meet up first to get to know each other a little :)
2) Recent police check
3) 2 references (will require phone numbers)
4) Have Whatsapp app on the phone for easy communication
