Ninderry, Sunshine Coast QLD. We are looking for keen non smoking house sitter(s) that will enjoy looking after our home and pets. We have a 5 year old Airedale and 2 year old old Airedale Whippet cross who is very shy. You will need to collect the mail from our PO Box in Yandina and perform the usual duties to keep the house and gardens clean and tidy. We have wonderful coastal views, 3 bedrooms, ensuite, bathroom, studies, decks, swimming pool/spa. The garden is a stepish 1 1/4 acres. May need some watering. We have beautiful coastal views. The area is semi rural/residential. The closest township is Yandina, 6km away, Nambour, about 12 km and Coolum about 20 km. So you will need a car. The lifestyle is relaxed and we look forward sharing our part of paradise with keen, tidy like minded people. Pets & farm animals
Tinsley is a 5 year old Airedale , Callie is 2 year old whippet/airedale. a. The dogs need walking once a day and twice if you can. They love to play plastic bottles/soccer, tug, chase a ball. Callie is very shy. Feed local birds and keep bird baths clean and full of water.
House Tasks
Collect mail from PO Box in Yandina. Leave the house in the condition you found it. Gardener cuts the lawn paths etc. Small pool and spa to look after. Courtyard needs blowing weekly. Few indoor plants and outdoor pots that need regular watering. Garden mya need water as do all water bowls.
