We are looking for a responsible and friendly cat lover (or two) to care for our fur babies, Johnson and Molly. They are two very friendly six year old felines who love cuddles and sitting on your knee, or snoozing on the couch. If you have pets that you wish to bring with you, I'm afraid this house sit is not for you. Our cats are our main priority and their comfort and safety in their own home is paramount.

House Tasks

While staying in our home, we ask that you keep the house clean and secure, feed the cats in the morning and evening. PLEASE NOTE: Johnson has recently had an abscess removed from his head and cannot go outside for the next two weeks. He's an outdoor cat so he's switching between crying to get out and sulking upstairs. This house sit will require a bit of patience with him I'm afraid. Molly tends to not go out much anyway, so if she doesn't look to go out, that's fine. If Molly does want to go out, she needs to come in by dusk each evening around 4.30/5pm. The cats use a little tray inside so that just needs cleaned out every other day. Please no parties or strangers, We are happy to cover the reasonable cost of the utility bills while away. The reason for the last minute add and approximate dates are due to my husband's father being ill in hospital in Queensland. The dates may change by a day or two, but I should know by tonight or tomorrow what our exact dates will be. Thanks so much!
