I am a single, never married 62 year old lady. I have cared for many flats/units/houses in the past and the owners have always been happy to refer me on. Even for 'serviced apartments' I take responsibility for keeping it clean keeping it tidy. I do not smoke, drink or take drugs. I like to keep to myself and never invite anyone to visit me when I am house sitting . I am employed in a permanent position. I live in Melbourne full-time but would consider looking after a property in my own city for a change of scenery. I enjoy getting out in the garden and my house pride extends to weeding flower beds, mowing lawns, edging and keeping paths swept. I have personal and professional references and a current police check, which is also a requirement for my job.. I am responsible.
