I am a mature, single woman, retired teacher which leaves me plenty of time to care for your pet, house and garden. I am an experienced sitter, non-smoker, clean and tidy and enjoy a quiet life, pottering about in the garden, reading, pilates and the occassional swim. We always had cats, dogs and other small domestic animals in the house when the children lived at home and i have a little experience with horses and goats.
Before moving to Perth I house and pet sat for friends and work colleagues in the UK and was often called upon to care for my brothers' 'boys' i.e. his 3 labrador dogs. I have also looked after a family friends' house here in Perth and her 2 very lively jack Russell dogs.
I have been house sitting regularly for nearly 3 years, caring for dogs (large and small) cats (indoor and outdoor) chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs etc. I house sit for a number of clients on a regular basis and while my priority is the care of their pets I also look after their homes and gardens (watering and doing small maintenance jobs). I enjoy the companionship offered by pets and have considerable experience in their care. I also enjoy exploring new places, discovering the local area and finding good walking trails. I understand how hard it is to leave a pet at home while holidaying but I can assure you their happiness and care while you are away is my priority.
