We were extremely nervous having a house sitter for the first timer but upon meeting Carolyn, we were immediately put at ease. She is a clear communicator, asked alot of questions regarding our pets' routines, habits, feeding etc and was keen to make it as easy for them as possible while we were away. We received regular updates on each of our dogs, cats and bird including photos to show they were doing well which we appreciated enormously. Upon our return the house was in perfect condition and the sheets were washed and changed. I wouldn't hesitate to have Carolyn back to house sit for us again in the future!

Carolyn was our first house sitter and she exceeded the expectations. We left our fur babies for the first time with a stranger and Carolyn made sure to give them the smoothest transition. One of our pups got sick while we were away and Carolyn didn’t sleep the whole night and took off from work to take care of him. We know this as she kept sending us updates every hour about the pup.. she even took the other pup to the vet after she noticed he was licking one of his paws constantly. We wouldn’t have noticed this if we were there.. she took care of the fur babies as her own and sent us updates with photos time to time.. we were away for our wedding and we had a stress free holiday because we knew our pups were in capable hands. Carolyn gave them enough cuddles and attention as we have two very attached pups with completely opposite personalities. When we returned from our holidays pups reactions showed how well they have been treated and cared for. It’s like they had no idea we left for 6 weeks. In short, We cannot think of any one better to house sit for us if we ever go away again. She is the best you can get. She also stocked up pet food in case we ran out as we arrived on the 25th of Dec.. she is very clean and had taken care of the house and left it in the same condition it was handed over to her and also kept us welcoming chocolates.

Carolyn looked after our home and our cat Kili for a month while we were traveling overseas.. We received emails and texts with updates and photos of how Kili was. Kili was welled loved and very happy when we came home. The house looked better then we left it! I would definitely have Carolyn back to look after Kili the next time we are away.

It is with great pleasure to write a reference for Carolyn who pet sat my two cats, Gingy & Krystal for a period of 2 weeks in my Melbourne apartment in October 2017. I found Carolyn to be responsible, mature and very attentive towards my pets. During my absence I would receive updates and photos of their great times together. Upon my return, my pets were very happy and content. Carolyn took excellent care of our three cats whilst we were on holidays for nine weeks. Two of our cats need regular medication and she handled it perfectly. We had the pleasure of Carolyn for the past month, looking after our two pets and home for a month and I cannot thank her enough for it. I can highly recommend Carolyn. It was a first time house sitting for us and we really did not know what to expect. Handing over the house keys to someone you do not know appeared very daunting. These concerns were immediately dispelled once meeting Carolyn. She made us feel very comfortable and we were sure that she would take care of our house and two cats. She is very warm but professional and respectful of your personal space. Carolyn sent regular updates with pictures to us whilst we were travelling. We knew that we had made the right decision. My husband and I had an 6 week trip away and our biggest concern about the trip was what to do with our two cats - Annie and Henry. So to come across Carolyn was the perfect solution. Firstly our house was very well looked after - it was probably cleaner than when we left! But most importantly our cats were very well looked after. Carolyn sent us regular emails and photos so we always knew how the cats were doing. They were very comfortable with Carolyn and Carolyn was happy to indulge their cuddling and other crazy behaviour! She also made the process so easy and was very accommodating. She was keen to make sure that the cats' routine wasn't changed while we were away and we came home to happy cats! Hi there! Carolyn house sat our house & pets for us during June/July 2016. She was brilliant! We have 2 dogs & 1 cat & Carolyn looked after them all without an issue. We left a detailed message with regards to their individual requirements & nothing was a problem for Carolyn. Carolyn sent us regular emails with photos which was great. Carolyn's awesome attitude towards what our requirements for the house & pets wasn't a challenge for her at all. We came home to our house exactly the way we left it! Carolyn stayed at my apartment and looked after my 2 cats for two weeks while I was away. She did a fantastic job, the house was cleaner when I got home than before I left! She also sent me lovely, regular email updates with photos, so I didn't worry at all while I was away, and my cats also seemed very relaxed and happy when I got back. Carolyn was a godsend - my cat was well looked after as was my house. Carolyn kept me well informed of my cats wellbeing which was fantastic and the house was spotless when i got home! A worry free holiday for me.

Carolyn looked after our 2 year old labrador and house in Point Cook. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend her. She was very easy to communicate with, we were sent lots of photos of our dog out walking and running around in off leash areas. The house was left exactly as we left it and we came home to a calm and happy dog. We were able to enjoy our holiday without having to worry about him.

Carolyn was an amazing house sitter – I would highly recommend her. I found Carolyn to be extremely reliable, responsible and efficient. She was also a great communicator, and very conscientious regarding the responsibility of minding someone’s home and their pet. Carolyn minded my house (&most importantly my cat Tilly) initially for a 5 week period in 2014. In 2015 I was away for 3 months and did not book my holiday until I was sure Carolyn was available. I was so happy to be able to book Carolyn once again, which allowed me to relax and not worry about anything at home, as I knew from previous experience what a wonderful job she would do. Just prior to my leave my cat, Tilly, developed a hypertension condition which required medication twice a day. Carolyn was great with this, and emailed me with handy hints on the best ways she discovered to administer the medication, so that Tilly would simply come to her and sit on her knee at medication time. I regularly received emails reassuring me all was well and updating me with how Tilly and everything at home was going. Carolyn is obviously an animal lover and is very good with animals. To me she is an ideal house sitter whether or not you have a pet to add to the responsibility. I will always aim to have my holidays when Carolyn is available. I did not know Carolyn before booking her to house sit for me – she was recommended to me. It was lovely to come home to a beautifully clean house and a healthy and happy Tilly. I believe that anyone who manages to book Carolyn to mind their house and/or their pet would be very fortunate.

I highly recommend Carolyn as a house sitter. She is 100% reliable and especially good with cats. I was away for 5 weeks and received regular updates which was very reassuring. She is very conscientious, checking what my preferences were and offering things such as running the car for a while which I had not thought of. I felt completely confident and did not have to worry about my home or pets whilst away. I came back to a clean home with happy pets. She was a pleasure to have in my home.

I recently had the privilege of having Carolyn house and pet sit for us for 4 weeks. The pets were thoroughly spoilt! She sent regular, very detailed emails with photos of our pets, also taking our dog to the park often and kept an eye on the mail as well. She even offered to pick up a package which was delivered to the post office. The house and garden were well looked after. She was very thorough and reliable. It was great to have peace of mind while we were away. I would thoroughly recommend her.

We were fortunate to have Carolyn house/pet sit for us whilst on a recent overseas holiday. We met her before hand and she impressed as honest, fun and asked questions about our requirements re our dogs, especially the ageing dog. Both dogs took to Carolyn quickly which is unusual for strangers but really good. During the time we were away Carolyn emailed us with photos of the dogs when she took them to the park and being fed so we could see the older dog was okay. This was a great initiative on her part as it helped us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing all was well. Carolyn also collected our mail from the PO box and letter box,sorted it into piles for each of us and emailed us when an unexpected express post envelope arrived in case we needed to do something about it. Carolyn also picked cleaned up the yard which was great! On our return home Carolyn had tidied the rooms, stripped and washed her bedding and had done a general tidy up. Overall she was brilliant and certainly made our holiday more enjoyable. Based on our experience, I would whole heartedly recommend Carolyn to anyone who needed a house/pet sitter. I recently had the pleasure of having Carolyn Glass looking after my home and cat while I was overseas. Carolyn proved to be completely trustworthy, capable and caring. Carolyn arranged a meeting prior to the sit, gave frequent updates and even sent photos. She is an experienced sitter and I have no hesitation in recommending her to other home and pet owners.

Carolyn looked after our two cats for two months. From the start, she was reliable, super-friendly, flexible and accommodating. She kept in touch regularly while we were away, asking questions when she needed to, and sending plenty of photos and stories of the cats. One of our cats is very shy and it takes a lot for her to give cuddles, but within a short time, Carolyn reported that she was getting regular cuddles from her, and sent gorgeous photos as proof! It was so reassuring to know the cats were settled and happy. The house was in good order on our return. On our request, Carolyn opened our mail and promptly reported anything that needed attention, and kept us informed of anything happening that we may need to know about. But most importantly, we felt that she well and truly showered our cats with love and attention, and we'd have her back in a flash.

To whom it may concern, I am quite particular about my house and the care of my pets. I have no hesitation in recommending Carolyn to look after anyone's house. Carolyn looked after my house and my 2 large dogs for 2 weeks while I was overseas. During that time she provided me with text messages and emails advising me how everything was going. Carolyn house sat for me for 4 weeks in April 2013. I was very pleased with the way she looked after things for me. The house was well kept, she monitored my mail and let me know of anything that I had to deal with while I was away and let me know how things were going. Her main duties were to spoil my cats and she did an excellent job. I think they were disappointed when I came back and she moved out!
