Shane Green house sat for me while I was away for five weeks.it was the first time that I had ever had anyone to house sit,This site was recommended to me from a friend,who had had used it. At the time I wondered who would really be able to look after my home,and family pets, so I could enjoy a holiday, who could I trust, to look after an older cat, and my two others and 2 canaries one recovering from a broken leg.. From the minute I met Shane,even after he had heard all about my worries through email ,he was calm,and quietly confident,friendly,and professional and I suddenly felt at ease. He was very organised, asking questions of the animals,and it was clear he had certainly had experience ,he was not fazed that two cats had to have daily pills, or that the canaries loved a bath and needed greens everyday! There was a comprehensive questionnaire,to be completed and keys to be exchanged.No stress,at all,he provided all his own things, While I was away,he kept me updated and sent the occasional photo.I came home to a clean home with happy animals and singing canaries! he even had the thoughtfulness to leave some treats for us,and a super brush for the cats He is a great house sitter ! After being extremely happy with Shane Green following our first experience with Shane house sitting for us last year, we were thrilled to find that Shane was, once again, available to house sit for us this year. Shane is so well organised in,the house and keeps it spotless, ensuring the garden was maintained and our pets cared for wonderfully. In the month we were away we received photos and updates of our Ms Keisha Cat and Mr Minky Dog who are both in their senior years and Shane is very knowledgeable when it comes to any health issues.with older pets. We were fortunate to have Shane Green stay in our house and take care of our chooks for us for four weeks over Dec 18 - Jan 2019. What a wonderful experience we have had with Mr Shane Green caring for our dog and cat (the "fluffies") and our home for the past 6 weeks. Shane left no stone upturned, with regular updates and photographs of our much loved pets. On our return we found an immaculate home, and a welcome home gift of bread, fruit, vegetables and some yummy treats. This was our first experience with a house sitter and from our first meeting Shane was an absolute gentleman, extremely professional and self sufficient. Shane had a challenging sit for us but he, the animals and the house came through unscathed. The sign of a good housesitter! We were overseas and Telstra killed all my emails, specifically work emails going back 5 years. I contacted Shane and asked him to do a work around for me and he worked everything out brilliantly. To give him the information to access my computer meant that I had to trust him. He can be trusted. We found him to be reliable and responsive. Whatever he said he'd do, he did, including responding and doing things on time as discussed between us. He kept us up to date with awesome photos of the animals and told us about some mail that he thought we needed to know about. We thought he used his head. and looked after things as if the place was his own. We came home to a clean house and happy animals.

Shane was doing house/pet sitting at our house recently for a period of approximately 6 weeks. We were extremely pleased with the way he went about with it. He was regularly in touch with us when we were overseas, sent us pictures of our pets and also gave regular updates on everything. He ensured that our cars were in running condition on our return, house was clean and even stocked up the fridge with the essentials we would require on our return. He dropped and picked us up from airport as well. Overall we are very pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

Shane Green house sat for us for 12 weeks during May-August 2017. The sitting included taking care of our two European cats. We would definitely ask him to house sit for us again. Karla and Shane house sat for us for 7 weeks during November-January 2016. The sitting included taking care of our two European cats. We would definitely ask them to house sit for us again. They were easy to communicate with from first contact through the end of the sitting, and they took excellent care of both our house and pets. Everything was neat and clean upon our return, and the cats were in perfect shape. They kept us posted while we were away - including pictures - so we had complete peace of mind. Just before leaving, a landscaper had installed a new lawn and flower beds in the back yard so we were a bit anxious about how that would develop over summer. Karla and Shane not only kept a watchful eye on the greenery, but even found and downloaded an app that enabled them to reset an irrigation timer to prevent overwatering. My animals are my family and it is always difficult leaving them in someone else's care but I felt confident leaving them in the care of Karla and Shane. Karla and Shane recently cared for our two Golden Retrievers for six weeks. When we met them they presented as a mature and confidant couple, so we felt very comfortable leaving our fur kids in their care, especially our older dog who requires a bit more TLC in her twilight years. Karla and Shane provided us with regular updates and photos of the dogs which was most welcome as we were really missing them so it was great to know that they were doing well. On our return the dogs were happy and healthy and our house was neat and tidy. A basket of food items and flowers on the table was a lovely touch to welcome us home. We would not hesitate to invite Karla and Shane to pet/house sit again for us.

Karla and Shane house sat for us in January in Park orchards, looking after our 2 busy border collies and 2 inside cats . Karla sent us photos updating us on our pets, which was much appreciated. Even when we were delayed by 2 days and quite stressed at the possibility of the dogs being alone )Karla and Shane didn't hesitate to help us out ensuring our pets were well looked after, going above and beyond our hopes an expectations. Our house was immaculate upon our return . We highly recommend Karla and Shane they are fantastic .

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Karla and Shane met with me for a 15 day housesit in December 2015 and I was immediately impressed with them, I knew that my animals and home would be well looked after and cared for. Hi! Karla and Shane house sat for us b'w Nov 22nd and 27th looking after our dog, two cats and 6 chickens. We returned home to a happy healthy household and a clean house complete with a parting gift of flowers! Karla and Shane had no qualms attending to our dog's special needs and were quick to respond with updates on our pets during our holidays.
