Hi, my name is Veronica, I am a 36-year old non-smoking female. I am originally from the UK, but am a Permanent Resident of Australia and have called Australia my home now for over 5 years. I've predominantly lived in Melbourne, however am moving to Sydney to take up work at a Museum. I have house sat privately in Melbourne, London and Warsaw. As I am moving to Sydney, having previously lived in Melbourne, and new to the city, I would like to get back in to house sitting as I really miss looking after sweet and adorable pets, and also to see where would be best to live before I find my own place. Back in Europe, my mum is taking care of our family cat which I miss very dearly. I've grown up with cats, and dogs have always been a big part of my family. I really enjoy going for walks and walking is the best way to explore a new place so taking your dog for a walk will only be a pleasure. What I cherish and find fascinating about cats and dogs is that each pet has its own individual character and habits which results in different needs and requirements. Having lived in shared accommodation in the past, and also having the opportunity of taking care of someones house or flat in Sydney, means that I would carry out domestic responsibilities as if the house was my own! I am quiet and respect neighbours. I have a NSW and Victorian working with children check and as I work for the APS I have had to undergo a police check for my work.
Veronica looked after our four cats April/May 2023. We arrived home to happy, healthy animals, which was the whole point of being able to enjoy a worry free holiday. I would have Veronica back any time. Margaret Knight.

Veronica house-sat for me for a week and looked after our two cats. She was a very trustworthy and reliable house-sitter and I could tell the cats were well looked after and happy. She was respectful of our house and belongings and left the house in a very clean condition, which was great to come home to. Veronica was really responsive and stayed in touch prior to the house-sit and while we were away, sending photo updates of our fur-babies. I would love for Veronica to house-sit for us again!
