I'm a top house sitter since mid-2016 who loves working with animals and grew up with lots of pets even unusual ones. I'm originally from Central Queensland but have worked around South East Qld for years. I've also worked in the Government and have police clearance. I lead a quiet healthy life, love a clean house, non-smoking, and walk daily which makes dog care especially enjoyable. My family has animal-loving in their genes, with 2 vet nurses, 1 pet hotel owner and 1 dog groomer all in my family. I also love gardens and have quite a green thumb. I'm saving for my own home and house-sitting on and off over 5+ years has been a convenient transition for me. Katrina sat for us for 10 days looking after Simba our cat. She was absolutely wonderful. Had a meet n greet before we left which left me at ease with it al. Simba was so well looked after. This was the best , knowing your pets are relaxed instead of stressed in a cattery. the house was immaculate when we returned. She also fed our neighbours chooks for 2 days while they were away. Thank You Katrina sent regular updates to us Would definately recommend Katrina for any future housesitting.

We can highly recommend Katrina for all aspects of house and pet sitting. Katrina looked after our home and cat at Bridgeman Downs for 4 months while we were away overseas . Katrina looked after a leaking tap to be replaced & took the cat to the vet over the time she was here and kept in excellent contact while we were away . We give her a 10/10 , and have full faith In Katrina, and will certainly use her again ????.

Kat was amazing from start to finish. Her communication was great and she really helped us to feel comfortable leaving our cats in her care. She sent regular updates with pictures which helped us feel at ease while overseas. We came home to a clean apartment, 2 happy cats and all our house plants still alive :) would highly recommend kat to anyone looking for a reliable and professional house-sitter.

Kat came to stay at our home for 3.5 weeks in July/August. Not only was our Shih-Tzu Dexter well looked after, but our home was also beautiful on our return. Kat provided us with updates on Dexter as well as any packages that were delivered. Her communication before we left was second to none! As this was our first time using a house sitter, we were apprehensive, to begin with, but we felt confident in leaving our home with Kat, after our meeting before leaving as she was extremely thorough in wanting to know about how our home runs and how best to care for Dexter. We would highly recommend Kat and will hopefully be able to book her time for our next trip!

Katrina looked after our Staffy X Bronson and our house for six weeks while we on a trip to the US. Katrina did a great job, sent us updates and photos of Bronson. Bronson was a happy dog when we got home. The house was perfect and Kat had even arranged for the gardener to come in so that everything looked great as we drove up. I would certainly engage Katrina again, if she had time on her very full schedule.

We had the pleasure of having Katrina house sit and look after Dexter the Shih Tzu for us. Katrina stayed for 3.5 weeks this August. Dexter was looked after amazingly, as was our house. Katrina sent us updates on Dexter every few days and was extremely helpful when packages arrived. When we returned our house was immaculate and Dexter was so well looked after. We will most definitely be asking Katrina to housesit for us again!

We had the pleasure of Kat house sitting for us in Hobart over the 2019/20 Xmas and New Year period for almost 4 weeks. We have 2 cats, one of whom had major surgery a week before we were due to leave on holiday. Kat took her for follow up appointments at the vet, administered her medication and basically kept an eye on her during her recovery. My cat has made a full recovery and mainly because of Kat's care. We also have a large garden which was in very good condition when we returned and on top of watering, Kat had to deal with a snake in the yard during our absence. She dealt with it in a calm and mature fashion which is more than I would do if I were home at the time. When we got home our house was spotless, the garden green, all the cat amenities had been kept in great condition and the cats were calm and happy. Overall, I could not recommend Kat enough if you are looking for a house sitter. We hope she'll be available in June to look after the house and cats whilst we are interstate.

Katrina is a very experienced house sitter and therefore very clear about all the things she needed to know about the house and our dog. I found her organised, methodical and very thoughtful. Katrina is excellent at communicating and sending photos while we were away. I think our dog had a great time. As a bonus the house was clean and tidy when we arrived home and it was great to walk into it looking exactly as we had left it after a long flight. I regard Katrina as completely trustworthy and hope to have her again.

Katrina house sat for me for 5 weeks over the Christmas period in 2017. We own a large Queenslander and her duties included maintaining a pool, lawn mowing, watering plants, walking my dog and looking after a couple of chickens. She was very diligent and happily took on the responsibilities. After explaining how everything worked I had no doubt that she would be very competent and reliable. My dog was cared for beautifully. She carried out awkward task such as giving her ear baths, walked her every day and even gave her a weekly bath. On our return the chicken run was clean and the chickens were still happy and healthy. Katrina sent weekly updates reassuring us that everything was fine and she contacted us promptly when she was concerned that there was a problem with our dog's health. On our return, our house was all in order and very clean. Katrina is friendly, efficient and sensible, and she was very respectful of our property. I would highly recommend her as a house sitter.

Kat housesat our large family townhouse including petsitting our small dog Peanut for 3 weeks in April 2017. Peanut was walked 30 minutes twice a week, and bathed once a week. Kat sent photos of the outings to me while I was away. Kat worked full-time so was committed to letting our Peanut inside daily from the courtyard before dark and ensuring food and water is always available. A weekly treat was provided after the weekly bath. Kat collected mail and too out wheelie bins. The house was clean when we arrived home with all floors vacuumed, cleaned surfaces in kitchen, bathroom and second toilet. Nothing was out of place. I would recommend Kat as a reliable and friendly house sitter and pet sitter.
