I am a mature, honest, responsible and reliable Australian, semi-retired, with over 6 years full time house and pet minding experience.

I continue to abide by and practice all COVID 19 safety guidelines at all times.
I am a non-smoker and of sober habits.
As I work from my laptop, I do require a reliable internet connection.
I am also in the home environment most of the time, which means your home and beloved pets benefit from a 24/7 personalized service.
I am also experienced in caring for pets that require medication, and/or require special care due to ongoing illness and trauma.

James’ communication from the time he contacted us to the time we came home was reassuring. Questions were asked and answered quite prompt. Stevie and Nova were very happy with James even to the point of Stevie wanting to sleep with him. Our home was well looked after, tidy and clean. Thanks, James!

James was absolutely wonderful in every aspect; extremely organised and communicative, caring with Minno, flexible and independent, and he always tried to do the right thing by everyone involved, not least the doggie! James sat for us for a full week and looked after our home and 2 huskies really well. He was reliable and flexible, staying another night to enable us to travel back to Melbourne over 2 days rather then in a single day. We arrived home to 2 happy dogs and the house was spotless and in the same condition as we left it with sheets washed and put out on the line. We look forward to hopefully being able to use James again in the future and would highly recommend him for your next house sit.

James was an excellent and well prepared sitter. He communicated well before the sit and checked in during the stay to let me know things were all ok. Very clear communicator and the house was even better than I had left it upon my return. My cat took to him so much I got a bit jealous!,and coming home I could tell she had a very stress free and pleasant time. Would happily recommend James to others and will definitely use him again if he’s available.

James came to sit our two cats and two tanks of fish for two weeks, and I was very happy with his services. He kept me updated with pictures of my fur babies and snippets of news, and when we returned the cats were happy, the house was super-clean, the garden watered, and he even swept the garden paths! James was respectful of our home and kept it nice and tidy. We were updated regularly on how the dogs were going every couple of days and sent pictures of there adventures together. Would definitely reccomend James to house/dog sit your home.
