Hello, I'm a 53-year-old Australian woman that became an empty nester early 2022 and decided to do a little bit of travelling in my van. I thought that house sitting would be a good way to break it up a bit especially since I am studying. I love walks on the beach, travel, cooking, good movies and music I enjoy meditation and also don't mind a nice glass of red wine. I'm a friendly honest person with a healthy sense of humour. I like people but am quite happy with my own company. I have a positive mindset and choose to take care of myself and be happy. I love animals because of their loving loyalty although I've only had one dog and cat as I've always rented which made it difficult having pets. I'm a very tidy person, so if you need a good kind clean trustworthy person to care for your home and pets while your away then I think I'm a pretty good choice. If I have to travel more than 100kms I ask for a small contribution towards fuel costs and if there is more than one pet I charge $30 per day, I am available to meet by VC or in person when possible before sits, and will only house-sit safe, clean environments, thank you for your understanding, I look forward to hearing from you :)

Catherine was an outstanding house sitter. Catherine was great at communicating from organising the house sit to providing regular updates whilst we were away for 14 weeks. Catherine took great care in looking after the house and gardens. It was lovely to return to the house clean and in good order after 3 months away.

Catherine was an excellent pet sitter for my 2 extremely timid cats. They usually hide from strangers for up to a week, but they warmed up to her very quickly! My apartment was left in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Catherine before we left on our trip, but we did organise several chats via phone before our departure. Catherine also offered to face time. Catherine was very reassuring to make us feel comfortable and safe while she looked after our home and beloved pet and that she did. I highly recommend Catherine's services. If not everyday every second day, we receive photos and messages with updates on how things were going and how our beloved pet was doing. The house was spotless when we arrived home, and Catherine had even washed and remade the bed, which was necessary but showed you the care and kindness Catherine put into her sits. My friends now consider this Happy House Sitter option because of how great Catherine was. I will definitely invite Catherine into my home again if she is still available on our next trip. Thank you, Catherine, for making it so easy to holiday with no worry ??

Catherine looked after our house and cats while we were overseas. I found her to be very kind, caring and responsible. She intermittently sent messages and photos of the cats to keep us updated. Our house was immaculate on our return. I hope that Catherine can help us out again for future holidays. She was brilliant.

Catherine looked after my house for over 2 months while I was away. I met with her a few times beforehand and felt completely comfortable. There was never one concern in my mind. She was easy to get a hold of if I needed to check anything and took care of the house and garden. I'm so grateful she was there because there was an emergency while I was overseas and she was proactive and acted on it quickly. When I returned home the lawn was mowed, the rubbish was out and the house looked as though no one had been there at all. She even had food for us after a very long time travelling. I honestly wouldn't leave my house for a period of time without a house sitter. And if I do go away again I would check to see if Catherine is available first. Can highly recommend.
