About

Hello, Julia and I are in our mid 60's, semi retired with an online business that can be operated from anywhere that has wi-fi, which means we can be at home with your pets.
We are active pet walkers and love caring for pets of all types. Julia ran her own dog walking/pet sitting business for several years. I, Peter, am reasonably handy around properties and both of us enjoy garden care. You will find us to be professional, caring and respectful of both your home and pets. Both non-smokers. We do not have any pets nor do we entertain other than the occasional visit from our 2 adult children who both live in Brisbane. We always keep in contact with our homeowners via either WhatsApp, SMS Text or FaceBook Messenger sending photos, videos and text messages.
The Sunshine Coast, and rural, are our preferred areas. We are very experienced sitters with a preference for longer sits but are open to shorter sits also. We have sat different types of homes, apartments, houses, several 15 acre properties, a 360 acre property, over 50's resorts, we love them all.
Year 2022, we had a sit for 7 months in Gympie then moved onto Cotton Tree, Bli Bli. Ikley, Buderim, Tanawha, Carters Ridge, Pomona, Ninderry, Palmwoods, Caloundra, Federal, Pelican Waters, Maroochydore and Mapleton.
We have had several repeat sits from our satisfied homeowners. We have also house sat for several House Owners in the past that came to us via 'word of mouth' and have references from these available also. We are always happy to meet up so you can check our suitability.

Reference- Peter and Julia are excellent House Sitters and we highly recommend. Easy to communicate with and the care they took of our home and our dog (Douglas) was much appreciated. Peter and Julia were amazing. They were fantastic carers to our two Spoodles Buddy and Coco. They made time to meet with us twice before the sit and even offered to join us on a dog walk so they could keep the same routine. House was well looked after and I’ve had numerous neighbours asking me for their details for future sits.

Peter and Julia were fantastic! They looked after my cat so well and provided plenty if updates and photos. The house was left immaculate. They even dealt with my fridge dying during the sit and sorted out what was needed.

Peter and Julia were absolutely wonderful and have great communication. My house was in better shape when I returned than when I left and my cat was very happy and well looked after. My fridge died while I was away and they just took care of it with my neighbors while I sorted a replacement which put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend this couple for house and pet sitting!
