Hi there! My name’s Kyla, I’m a Kiwi but I've been living in Australia for the last 2 years and moved to Perth at the start of 2024.

I grew up on a sheep and beef farm in New Zealand so I’m no stranger to animals and would love the extra company while I'm away!

I have extensive experience house and pet sitting in Perth and my family uses house sitters for one of our homes, so I completely understand the importance of having someone reliable, tidy and attentive to care for your home and beloved pets.

We were incredibly impressed with Kyla's house sitting services. She was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable leaving our 2 year old Beagle whilst travelling overseas for 2.5 weeks. Kyla took our dog on walks everyday, fed him, played with him, and he looked extremely content, healthy and happy when we returned home. It was the best option for us to know that our dog would stay in his usual environment and not put him in a kennel, and it gave us peace of mind that Kyla works from home and would be with him most of the time. She did not mind that our dog usually sleeps on our bed, and sent us a picture of our Beagle every couple of days, which allowed us to not worry and fully enjoy our holiday. When we returned, the house was in the same state as we left it, and was very clean and tidy, and Kyla had gone to the length of baking us cookies, which was a testament to her kindness and generosity. We would absolutely have her pet and house sit again for us, and would recommend her to anyone needing a house sit in the future.

Kyla cared for our dog Moose and cat Phoenix whilst we were away for 3.5 weeks for our honeymoon. She has been SO amazing and my pets absolutely adored her! She has been so reliable, organised and trustworthy, and just a general good human to have staying in your home. I was quite anxious at the thought of leaving my pets for so long but as soon as I met Kyla I knew they would be left in good hands. Kyla sent us updates and photos whilst we were away which meant we could really relax and enjoy ourselves and trust that everything was fine back at home. We came home to a cleaner house than how we left it. My husband is OCD clean freak and even he was thrilled with how spotless our place was. Kyla even washed our dog- who by the way, would never let me wash him without growling so she really did an amazing and wonderful job. She’s basically the Mary Poppins of house and pet sitting and I am so grateful and appreciative for all that she has done for us. I highly recommend having Kyla house sit and take care of your fur babies. I have already recommended her to others in my apartment complex and friends who are in need of a house/pet sitter. I hope she will want to come back and care for our house and pets in the future :) she’s such a wonderful, kind and trustworthy soul. Thanks Kyla!! :)

Kala is a wonderful, caring and friendly house sitter. She took care of both my dog and cat for 4 weeks, and I was never worried, as she sent me constant updates. Kyla is clean and tidy and I was very impressed with the pristine state of the house when I returned from travels. I highly recommend Kyla as a house sitter.

Kyla cared for our home & cat for about 5 weeks while we were overseas. Having never used a house sitter before, we had been a bit nervous but, Kyla was so friendly & helpful that we quickly felt as ease. Kyla was an excellent communicator, reliable, independent & flexible. While we were away Kyla kept in touch regularly & even sent us pictures of our cat who loved her very much. It meant we could feel relaxed & confident knowing things were taken good care of. When we returned home, the house was impressively immaculate! Based on our experience, we would highly recommend Kyla as a trustworthy & excellent house & pet sitter.

Kyla is a wonderful housesitter, best I have had and mature beyond her years. Ran the dogs separately daily and when I returned home from my eventual holiday the house was immaculate. My son said neater than I keep it lol. I also ended up sick before I left so she ran the house and dogs plus mowed the lawn while I recovered. I have booked her for more sits plus invited her to stay between sits. We are now her Perth family. Very impressive young woman with an awesome future.
