Three bedroom house in Tuggeranong, ACT. I don’t have pets, but the local wandering cat and kangaroos often visit the garden. Happy for sitters’ own pets provided they are outdoor pets (I have allergies) and won’t destroy the garden. There is also access from the enclosed (but not secure) backyard to the garage area for smaller pets,.
Fairly large garden, no lawn, vegetable patch..
Close to a bus stop. Local shops are a 25 to 30 minute walk or five minute drive away and town centre is easily accessible by car. One car space available in lock up garage with internal access to house.
House and garden are on a fairly steep block and access is via 15+ stairs or a steep (uphill) path. Sitter would need to have good mobility.

Basic garden maintenance - no lawn, but I have raised vegetable beds, relatively low care garden beds, outdoor and indoor pot plants that require watering, occasional fertilising, picking veggies, possibly minor pruning or dead heading, depending on conditions. (I have a TraskPak that is checked monthly and emptied as required.
Multiple compost bins/tumblers that require regular turning over.
