Hello,
My house is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom property with a pool and gardens.
It is 20 metres from the bus stop that takes you to the train station into Perth (28 minutes) or to Mandurah.
It is 10 minutes walk to the local shoppping centre with Aldi, Woolworths, Coles, Dan Murphy’s, Big W etc.

It’s a peaceful spot with a great outlook. I have a pool on timer so no work there for you.

I have a dog, Lucy, a Shepherd x Kelpie who is very friendly, and quiet. Though she will tell you when it’s walk time, food time etc, usually by nudging your arm. She loves the beach, 10 minutes drive away and also the park, 7 minutes walk. Everyone who meets her, falls in love. She is an inside dog, outside when you aren’t home, inside when you are.

The house is fully alarmed with security shutters.

Pets & farm animals

Lucy loves attention but you do not need to spend every minute with her, She is quite independent, she’s a chilled out dog .<br />Lucy likes to be walked and needs feeding morning and night. There is a park 700m away where she can run off lead. She loves to chase the ball but is useless at bringing it back, she will carry it in her mouth until she is distracted by some wonderful smell lol.
