Modern 2 BR townhouse which backs onto small dog park with small vege garden. Need a reliable house sitter for short and longer term stays to look after 3 well behaved and low maintenance dogs aged 10 and 12 (2 small, 1 medium).

Pets & farm animals

Chelsea - 12 yo schnoodle with heart mumour (medication 1 once daily, very affectionate, playful and afraid of thunderstorms.
Tyson - 10 yo wire haired terrier also very affectionate and playful.
Toby - 10 yo Kelpie, excellent obedience skills, loves chasing other dogs but has the best recall in Bayside, generally calm and gentle.

House Tasks

- Quick walk in the morning around 630am in the park adding my property, assemble breakfast 30 minutes later then another quick walk.
- Late afternoon walk around 530/6 in the same park or adjoining oval if too many dogs in the park (given my dogs are small and therefore vulnerable).
- Dinner 30 minutes later.
- Take out again into park around 9pm to toilet before bedtime which they usually go to themselves.
- Water small vegetable garden every 2 days as required.
