We have a lovely Victorian home in Semaphore that we've been restoring for the past 12 months. It is 5-7 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes walk to the hustle and bustle of Semaphore Road and less than 5 minutes walk to the train station. Our home comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen with gas cooking, low maintenance backyard, on-site parking (garage available upon request) and reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout. You are welcome to use our unlimited internet and streaming services including Netflix, Prime and Disney. You will be caring for our cat Lexi, a silver long-hair tabby girl. She is a cuddly kitty who really loves human company, watching the birds dance around the fig tree and snoozing on rainy days.

Pets & farm animals

Lexi is a sweet 6 year old silver tabby. She is our rescue girl that we fostered 4 years ago from Ingrid's Haven (a no-kill shelter in Melbourne). Lexi can easily be misread as a sassy girl but she really is just shy and observant. She is however quick to love and will adore your company and cuddles! There is especially no denying her cuddles at nighttime so please make sure you want a furry meow wrapped up in your arms each night. She's a very low-key and low maintenance cat. We prefer while we are away she remains an indoor cat only (and she is fine with that!).

House Tasks

We have indoor house plants that would love a drink probably just once while we're away. Our garden would love some water if you can be bothered, but if not, it'll survive!
