Port Stephens area. Two story townhouse in block of two only. Very quiet. Queen bedroom available. Secure Garage parking available. Walking distance to bus stop 1 min, 20 minutes to shops and restuarants and beach.
We would prefer an older active lady or an older active couple that are Non smokers.
Pets & farm animals
Snap and Crackle - 2 cats we got from Pet Rescue. They are brothers, ginger moggies and are 15 months old. Require feeding 3-5 times a day. Lock in at night. Change litter trays daily. Lots of purrs will be your reward!

Water the garden and lawn with spearpoint system available. Hand water pot plants and troughs on balcony.
