Pets & farm animals

Two confident , middle aged, working dogs (red heeler X and a Kelpie). They are well trained, however require someone who is confident with dogs and being the pack leader. They are friendly & easy going when they know you. They like to be inside when you are. They are clean, healthy, and well kempt. They do not go on furniture etc.
We have a cat also, who is friendly & easy maintenance.
They all sleep inside at night (not in your room)

House Tasks

Walk the dogs on lead, around 4 times a week for 40 mins. They are easy on the lead, just need to keep them away from other dogs.
Feed all the animals once, in the evening.
Collect the mail
Put out bins
Water all indoor plants.
Pick up dog Pooh daily.
Keep all the animals inside at night.
Allow the animals inside with you during the day or when you are home.
Must allow the cleaner to attend for her scheduled fortnightly clean.
Would prefer to meet several days before the sit to go over everything.
