Tasks:<br />* Keeping the home owner’s house secure at all times.<br />• Maintain the house and garden as necessary, including keeping the backyard tidy eg. mowing the lawn, cleaning up the autumn leaves. etc.<br />• Collecting mail and keep messages<br />• Caring for and maintaining any furniture, appliances and fittings in the home.<br />• Notifying the home owner, by phone or internet, regularly about mail received and other issues which may arise.
