We live in a newly renovated home in Kingston Park, a 10 minute walk to the local beach. We are close to a train station and within 25 minutes of the city. Ours is a 2 bedroomed home with an ensuite and family bathroom, 2 living areas and a lovely open plan kitchen, living and dining area. There is a generous covered entertainment area with a north facing aspect, perfect for sunny winter days. We have a 16 year old cat who enjoys sleeping in the sun and on ones lap when the opportunity arises. We are looking for someone who is a cat lover to look after him while we are away..

Garden:
Auto irrigation system. Lawn mowing service taken care of. Minimal garden requirements.
