Cannington Westfield shopping centre 7 mins by car, and within walking distance if fit!
Air conditioning to family area. 2 toilets, shower in bath
Easy maintained garden with reticulation,
11 metre swimming pool
My preference is for a mature single-non smoker as single room only available for this sit.

Pets & farm animals

Cat<br />Sasha.- Mainly indoors and has a litter tray which will need regular changing and removal of poo ASAP. She does like to go out particularly for a drink, though there is always plenty inside. She will take some time to get used to a new person as was a rescue.<br />Dog:<br />12 year old standard schnauzer, requires regular daily walks and grooming. His beard needs washing after meals and hair checked for prickles/tangles regularly.

House Tasks

collect mail, Water pot plants<br />Maintain pool-Check skimmer box, change sock as necessary. ensure pool cover is on properly after heavy winds.
