We live a lovely over-50's Lifestyle Village in Bethania., our 2 bedroom home overlooks green fields to Logan River. Naturally being in a Village there are lots of amenities !! 2 Pools, Bowling Green, exercise classes, lovely walks but still close to trains, local shops and large Shopping Centres, 30 minutes to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Our little old Yorkiepoo Twix is easy to look after, lots of pats a walk in the morning and a visit to the Village Dog Park in the afternoon to meet his mates. He is great in the car but is happy to be left for several hours.
