We are looking for someone to feed our gorgeous ginger boy, Reggie. He's very timid around strangers and will likely hide the first few days but once he's gotten used to you, he'll start to shower you with purrs and sit on your lap.

He's the sweetest old man and will be happy sleeping most of the day between meals. He needs feeding twice a day and his litter cleaned regularly (if he's used it. Often he goes outside as he has a cat flap). I also have some pot plants that might need minimal watering. But otherwise that is it! Our home will be yours - a comfy hub to explore Sydney from.

We live in a 2 bedroom (plus attic conversion) terrace house in Sydenham with a cute outdoor terrace. You'll have access to the WeberQ and charcoal BBQ, as well as a well stocked kitchen.

We're a 5 min walk from Sydenham Green (park) and 7 min walk to the station, with regular trains into the city - so it's super convenient for exploring the city.

Marrickville high street is 1.5-2km away and Marrickville Metro (with Woolies, Coles, Aldi, Kmart and more) is 2km away. We are in the Inner West, so have multiple breweries and cafes within walking distance. We are also close to Sydney Park.

Pets & farm animals

Reggie is a 6 year old chonky ginger rescue that had a tough start to life, but has now found his quiet forever home. Despite his tough start he is the sweetest cat, but he is a bit of a scaredy cat. He'll likely hide from you for the first coupe of days, but then he'll soon relax and want to sit with you in the evenings. He's very food orientated, so he'll love you once he knows you're feeding him!

House Tasks

Reggie is fed twice a day and will need his litter cleaned regularly. We have some pot plants and would appreciated if you could water those once a day or every couple. That's it! Otherwise, please enjoy and use the house as your hub for exploring Sydney!
